No Quibbles

We hope you are happy with your hair & beauty uniform,  but at Gear we know it can be difficult to order uniforms without trying them on first. Thats why we have a no quibbles 14 day returns policy and make it as easy as possible for you to return your order should you not be completely happy with it.

Delivery

At Gear we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Goods will be dispatched either via Royal mail or Parcel force, depending on the size of the order.

If you are ordering and live outside of the UK, please contact us before as the postage fees may be

higher. If you do not contact us first, this may delay your order.

Returns

Enclosed with every order we send, there will be a returns form. To return items to us, simply fill in the returns form, following the instructions printed on the form and send the goods back to us with the returns form enclosed.

If you return items to be exchanged for an alternative size, we will process this as quickly as possible.

If you return items for a refund, the refund can be made directly onto the card used to pay for the order.

All goods are to be sent back at the customer's expense (Unless otherwise agreed by Gear UK)

Any returns should be sent by a carrier who issues proof of delivery. (We cannot be held responsible for any goods sent by another method)
