No Quibbles

We hope you are happy with your hair & beauty uniform,  but at Gear we know it can be difficult to order uniforms without trying them on first. Thats why we have a no quibbles 14 day returns policy and make it as easy as possible for you to return your order should you not be completely happy with it.

Delivery

Orders placed on our website before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Small parcels are sent via Royal mail signed for delivery service. Larger orders will be dispatched by parcelforce. For orders up to £75 in value, a £3 postage charge will be applied to your order. Orders over £75 are sent carriage free.

At Gear, we carry large stocks of our entire range of hair & beauty uniforms but in the unlikely event we have a temporary out of stock on an item you have ordered, one of our staff members will contact you on the same day as your order is placed to advise you that this is the case, giving you an accurate delivery date for the items becoming available and if necessary, discuss alternative stock items.

Returns

Enclosed with every order we send, there will be a returns form. To return items to us, simply fill in the returns form, following the instructions printed on the form and send the goods back to us with the returns form enclosed.

If you return items to be exchanged for an alternative size, this will normally be processed and your replacement sent within 24 hours of us receiving the goods.

If you return items for a refund, this is also usually processed within 24 hours and if the order was placed online, the refund can be made directly onto the card used to pay for the order.
